Please read before booking

Booking Time is Access Time

Remember to book the full amount of time you'll need the space, including time for setup and clean-up. You cannot access the space before your reserved time, and you must vacate by the end of your scheduled period. We often have back-to-back reservations.

Payment Schedule

You will receive a notification immediately upon submission of your request. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to confirm your booking.
Once confirmed, you will receive a contract to review and sign, along with an invoice requesting a deposit.
Final balance payments are due at least 48 hours before the rental day. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required in addition to the rental fees listed below.
A processing service fee of 3.5% will be added to the invoice.

Your Party, Your Decorations

We do not provide any additional decorations or supplies for your event. You are responsible for the setup and cleanup of your materials.
